Remember when Saturday mornings were worth getting up for? While we can’t provide a four-hour block of programming, here’s some retro news you may have missed (or simply want to revisit) from the past week.

Saturday Morning Programming:


Linz always gets Bump in the Night and Mr. Bogus mixed up. So we’ll focus on Bump in the Night this week in an attempt to get them separated in her head.

The trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron was posted this week. All we have to say: James Spader. YES.

Archie Comics are coming to television with Riverdale TV series. Didn’t Archie die? Or did that not happen yet? Or did I just spoil everything ever? Welcome to the Internet.


Here’s a sneak peek of the new Mortal Kombat digital series. LOLZ JOKEZ. But that series is real.

Goodfellas actor files $250m lawsuit against The Simpsons for using his likeness, which is hilarious on so many levels.

Guy From That Show
(aka Ross Hull) released a new episode this week, sure to please any fans of Are You Afraid of the Dark? who have wondered what Gary is up to these days.

Gerard Parkes, possibly best known for his role as Doc on Fraggle Rock, passed away at the age of 90 on Sunday, October 19.
